Easy, Safe and Secure

febi Wheel Puller

febi’s new Wheel Puller makes it easy to remove wheels that are stuck to the hub, quickly and safely. The tool consists of two parts, the wheel puller and the wheel cart, and makes a once difficult job not only much easier but much safer too.

Due to the stability of its design a great amount of force can be generated with the puller, making even the most challenging of wheels quick and easy to remove. The Wheel Puller also makes remounting simple, it allowing the wheel to easily be positioned in front of the hub and pushed back on to the bolts with the minimum of effort.

How the Wheel Puller works

1. Adjusting the Wheel Carriage

The two wheel carriers can be pre-adjusted by simply adjusting a bolt.

The width is then precisely adjusted using the crank, which can also be fitted on the inside in narrow wheel arches.

2. Loosen the Wheel Nuts

Loosen all wheel nuts from the wheel bolts.

Then screw two opposite wheel nuts back onto the bolt ends to prevent the wheel from jumping off when loosening.

3. Positioning the Wheel Puller

Position the wheel puller so that the support plate is centered on the wheel hub.

The height can be adjusted with a single hand movement.

4. Attaching the Pull Chain

Hook the two towing hooks into the rim.

Adjust the chain length and ensure even tension on both sides.

5. Adjusting the Wheel Carriage

The two wheel carriers can be pre-adjusted by simply adjusting a bolt.

The width is then precisely adjusted using the crank, which can also be fitted on the inside in narrow wheel arches.

6. Transportation

Secure the wheel with a belt and move it out with the wheel trolley.
