Product Training in the Middle East

Ben Fadhel Mahmoud and Benjamin Stindt of febi’s Middle East sales team provide training across all levels of distribution to raise awareness of febi’s comprehensive car and truck parts range and present opportunities for workshops to develop and improve their day-to-day business.

At the end of September, febi bilstein started a two-day training session in the Lebanon. The training programme was continued in Syria and Jordan in early October. On the first day the febi team put the car range under the spotlight and the second day focussed more on febi’s truck range. The febi film was initially shown to demonstrate febi bilstein’s global reach as well as its modern in-house production and state-of-the-art logistics facilities. Following this, the febi team presented it’s comprehensive range and provided useful information for the day-to-day retail and repair business.

More than 700 people attended the training sessions, which were held completely in Arabic. The feedback febi received was exceptionally positive.
